The journey of LEAMS

With a passion in the search for excellence, LEAMS EDUCATION came into existence in the UAE more than 3 decades ago. The journey of LEAMS would be best described by the analogy ‘a little spark that transpired into a burning flame.’

Mr. Abdul Lahir Hassan, the Founder and Chairman of Gamma Holdings Ltd. has always adopted the principle of Theodore Roosevelt i.e., ‘Believe you can and you’re halfway there’. His determination and dedication to impart quality education and his hands-on approach within the sector have led to the immense growth of the group over the last 35 years.

ACADEMIC FEEDBACK

Although our students do not receive traditional letter grades, both students and parents receive frequent information regarding academic progress. Every week, teachers prepare a brief report about student performance in each class and pass it on to the parents. At the end of each semester, teachers write a detailed narrative assessment that reflects on individual student progress. Additionally, because of the small student to teacher ratio, teachers are able to confer with one another frequently to discuss the academic, social, and behavioral needs of the students.
